What are the delivery times?
Your order will leave the warehouse the same day or the day after your order (weekdays).
Your package will arrive at your home within 24 to 48 business hours* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your area.
For delivery in the rest of Canada, delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.
What are the costs related to delivery?
Shipping rates are set at $6.99 for orders within Canada.
Shipping is free on all orders of $120 and over delivered within Canada.

Can I cancel my order ?
Yes. If the order has not been shipped, simply contact us and we will refund it.

All our products are designed, developed and produced in Canada.
Do your products contain paraben?
No. All our products are vegan and paraben-free.
Returns
What is your return and refund policy?
For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are possible on any products. All purchases made are final sales.
